I believe in treating all customers with the same high degree of care, whether they require the repair of a dripping tap or a full central heating installation. As the Managing Director I can choose who I work with and I only employ competent, experienced engineers and customer services staff. My staff are engineers rather than just plumbers with a wide range of skills."

Valley Services hold the Corgi Certification Ltd (CCL), an external benchmark to demonstrate the high standard of systems and procedures in place to contribute to safety and excellence in the gas industry. We are Gas Safe which from April 2009 replaces Corgi. We are also a CHAS accredited contractor since 2008 (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme). We are fully accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) for Solar Thermal installations.
