"We needed an electrician and a heating engineer to disconnect and make safe an oil-fired boiler so that the building work could proceed around it. Valley Services provided both tradesmen on the day of request and left the site safe as requested. When building work was complete the boiler and its controls were reconnected by the same people with equal efficiency. No un-kept promises – men on site when the office said they would be!
